Use dev containers and try to deploy a toy system (all the components but toy code) early on in the project. We did a lot of work and couldn't deploy Qdrant, even though it was working on localhost.

I'm finishing my second year of my bachelor's of CS and AI in Madrid. Should I use it for internship or focus on improving my CS skills (proper coding, devops, AI/ML) and building projects?

I feel like I would benefit much more, in the long term and probably also short term, by improving and building but am scared of not having experiences on my cv.

I think as models get commoditized, that doesn't really matter. In fact, the UI is what becomes important. We can already see this with Deepseek and other Open-Source models.
