This is false assumption that billionaires are useful. You don't need billionaires for companies to provide common good. Billionaires are more likely to buy up existing companies to maximize their profits than create anything new.
Unions prove you need collective bargaining to prevent exploitation.
Billionaires are hoarding money, how else do they get that amount of wealth?
Billionaires exploit their monetary power to create and manipulate both the populous and government policy makers. Even when it goes against the common good.
Simple questions, how many of the products and services have you spent money on that are associated with billionaires? There is no way to answer that question when they use trust to hide their involvement. Saying a person has the ability to speak with their wallet is 100%. Corporate collect retirement funds also highlights this.

Common good != making money!
Exploitation of working class != common good!
Replacing product quality indigence with poor quality and substitutions != common good!
Hording money != common good.
Friedman doctrine != common good.
Power to harm the producer and consumer based on product and service provider != common good. Didn't know price fixing is now classified as common good.
Billionaires exist by the exploitation of the common good.
How many billionaires push against living wages vs support them for all their employees for all their businesses?

Not according to the Friedman doctrine, which more and more companies are latching onto under capitalism [0].
I would also add that rejecting PE as not being apart of capitalism is rejecting reality. It is here and unfortunately to stay. Wealthy prefer to extract as much wealth from a brand, product, or service versus keep it around in good condition. Billionaires are not created by being supporters of the common good.
[0] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Friedman_doctrine

I hate to break it to you. Private Equity does not care about the common good, only profits. They only bow to increase price and out side of medicine, reduce the qualifying of the product.
Want common good, start creating disdain for the wealths in societies.

Often people have no say in the matter. Major of forced Microsoft usage comes from corporate IT. Corporate IT likes Microsoft because the amount of tooling available to manage it. Often these same people run Linux or Mac at home.
Rest of the people do not know the difference or know how to change out the software with better alternatives. Example, Firefox keeps loosing customers to Chrome and yet Firefox fully supports Manifest V2 with proper Ad-Block support, which increases computer security. Show these people an Ad heavy website with Chrome vs Firefox & U-Block Origin, this looks like magic to them.
Personally, you have to pay me to use Microsoft products. I have been game exclusively on Linux for nearly 10 years now. Before that, 5 years of dual booting just to game.

_Culture in Nazi Germany_ by Michael H Kater [0] talks about this too.
Adolf Hitler hated universities and their professors. So he took them over and appointed his supporters as the professors.
I would say lobbyist are continuing their take over of the EU. Copyright law is the excuse but 90's games proves this to be invalidated.
None of the games from the 90s and early 2000's required authenticating with a launder. They just worked and this is why those games are still playable to date.
Those same games that had multi-player allowed for downloading a self-hosted server.
Enemy Territory is a prime example. The game would still be playable even with out ID Software releasing the source code.
GOG is built upon legacy games that don't require a launcher. Politicians in the EU have been bought and paid for. President exists and is not being applied.

I didn't see any statement about normalizing the share click as bot or human.
With the continual passage of laws restricting social media for minors, URL copy and paste will become the standard methods for sharing.
Personally, I would never click the share button because sharing with a person or group of people is often through email, SMS, work chat, or here.
Businesses that use Facebook to communicate events are actively restricting their consumer base because not everyone wants to use it or will. A standard web-site is the only method to communicate openly with users.

I don't see politics as left and right. To me they are in the shape of a Radar chart or Radial Column chart or Sunburst diagram.
People in real life are multi-facet not singularly polar. People with agendas and grifters are polar. Polarization is also for those that want to be self-defined by a party.
I also do not support news or other agencies that reject STEMM or use questions to mask direct lying.

Microsoft is even trying to get Windows IoT / Embedded to be MS accounts vs local. The same method for disabling ease of local user accounts are being enabled there.
Windows IoT still forces all the useless trash to be installed ... such as XBox game bar. I have to spend every few months going through the means to disable this trash via the registry so it can be automated in air-gaped systems.
Original Window Embedded, pre-IoT branding, allowed full customization. Now it is near equivalent to standard desktop.
You have to pay me to use Windows OS ... even with gaming.

Shoe shopping and learning about new / different technology are not equivalent.
Shoes have a near uniform interface that is easily learned by parents or trial and error. Loading an alternative OS is foreign to most people.
People learn from others the best. Teaching others is the only means for them to realize there are better solutions than sticking with techo-fascist Microsoft.
I'm say this as someone that grew up on MS-DOS and used Windows OS up to Windows 7. After personal exploration, other OSes actually are easier and more stable. You now have to pay me to use Windows OS.
Microsoft is the baddy.
