<p>Anecdotally our US office which used to be a hub for talent is now a feeder to other locations around the world with most applications seeking opportunity outside the US, from inside the US. <p>That's a bit high. 1kw is pretty much the peak per M2 when the sun is directly overhead and normal to the surface. Coming through a window obliquely it will both be less at the source and trig reduces it too, along with what's rejected by the window too. But I agree with the general point!</p>

<p>Sure, the wake is thinner relative to the length, but that's not the relevant variable. The drag is still way higher for the same frontal area than for the same width body that's shaped like a prius. and thus power required is much higher.</p>
