It's too late after Sony and Microsoft choose AMD64 SOC (CPU+GPU) as gaming platform. AMD is the only provider over 10 years.

The basic workflow at Gateway side is inspecting all HTTP port 80 traffic (with iptables or others), If the URL is about internet detection, reply a 301 redirect to the captive portal URL.

But the URL is too complex among different vendor:

I don't know why, even I tracked the URLs, sometimes it still fails (OS refuse connecting to the URL?).

DHCP option 114 (RFC8908) can advertise the URL to client directly, but it is not widely supported:

Logic Density (may be inaccurate, also it's not the only metric for performance ): Raipidus 2nm ≈ TSMC N2 > TSMC N3B > TSMC N3E/P > Intel 18A ≈ Samaung 3GAP

But 18A/20A already has PowerVia, while TSMC will implement Backside Power Delivery in A16 (next generation of N2)

I don't know how popular of unlock, but AFAIK, they want to remove bloatware (like the Scam Protection APP from government, or Advertisement APP from mobile carrier), unlock hardware restriction (higher refresh rate) and some other reasons.

Military of Nepal want to make an agreement with the activists, rather than the Nepali.

Therefore activists need suggesting a representative of the groups. IMHO a private voting is fine in this case.

But South Korean are eligible for ESTA program.

IIRC, US embassies in eligible countries are usually very picky about issuing B-1 visas. They assume ESTA works in most cases, so you need a strong reason to apply for B-1.

Another advantage of Intel GPU is vGPU SR-IOV, while consumer video cards of NVIDIA and AMD didn't support it. But even the integrated GPU of N100, N97 support it[1],

Therefore I can install Proxmox VE and run multiple VMs, assigning a vGPU to each of them a for video transcoding (IPCam NVR), AI and other applications.

Depends on how they implement the censorship:

# poison the DNS: you can use another unaffected DNS to bypass.

# ISP level or country level content filtering (similar to the GFW of China): you need a VPN that won't be blocked, and make sure the exit node is unaffected. (also the police won't care?)

# take down the server: finger cross that they serve the content from safe location.
