<p>I don't disagree. My observation of at least one major large company is that rather than rely on h1bs they are instead building out offices in other countries and dramatically increasing hiring there. I doubt they are the only company doing that, but I don't see anyone talking about it.</p>

<p>The justices seem to have argued that eliminating a platform for speech does not inhibit your ability to voice that speech on another platform, so is not a violation of the first amendment. I think this is an important outcome and really goes against what many so called "free speech absolutists" would argue.</p>

<p>I have been doing a lot of kindle reading lately and have noticed that I sleep easier when I transition to the actual e-ink device versus reading on my phone. I suspect it is due to the backlight (blue light, which has been shown to effect sleep and intensity).</p>

<p>They did something similar to where I live. When I found out just how much of the cost goes to them rather than the business I stopped using them. It is better to support local businesses by just ordering pick up and and tipping them directly.</p>

<p>For what its worth, Unity is a pretty global company. They have marketing based in SF but also have an office out of Bellevue. The majority of development though is still based out of Copenhagen and other European companies.</p>

<p>Just going by the test images it seems to rate everything about 5 years younger than what I would guess (people and their kids, kids being the same age and obviously not twins).<p>With that said, it guessed my age nearly spot on. When I get carded most people think I am far younger.</p>

<p>I think you are confusing the initial statement. Foursquare perceived users as "frustrated" before Swarm because of the conflation of reviews and check-ins with in a single app. The pivot was to create a new app and separate the concerns.</p>

I love how Mike and Sharon's trips are used in their marketing materials, it is a nice personal touch.<p>The facebook timeline is starting to feel extremely stale - if facebook can make it so its users can tell better stories then I am all for it.</p>
