This is an article from 2021, but in the meantime, after the complaints of small companies, countries made the matter even worse by *increasing* the court fees even more, citing the inflation over 10 years.

You see there is hope in this corrupt world, not to mention that the people who decide do it for themselves, states don't want to spend more so they send the bill to companies that have to litigate.

Been to Santa Cruz visiting the bike factory, went to the bar next door to drink with some mountain bikers.

They had 'Brussels IPA' and 'Belgian IPA', I ordered those beers coming from Brussels and did not knew those beers.

The waiter looked at me strangely. I did not gave any tips.

I don't know on which world you live, but it's the opposite.

Big business buys influence, including buying the opinion of small companies.

And big business is all around Brussels, small companies simply don't have a 'lobbyist'.

It just took 10 years for the CJEU to strike down the measure, as it is "mass surveillance".
